Manchester City won their 4th PL game in a row with a 5-0 mauling of win less Crystal Palace and now sit top of the table with a greater goal difference. This was also their 3 PL clean sheet in a row.
Leroy Sane broke the deadlock just before half-time with a sublime solo finish, to hand City an early advantage. He has now scored 3 goals in his last 2 games in all competitions.
Raheem Sterling managed to score a second half brace just before the hour mark, after finishing off crosses from Sergio Aguero & Sane.
Aguero then scored City's 4th of the night, heading home another Sane assist to take his PL goal tally to 6 this season. Substitute Fabian Delph curled a superb shot from distance to complete Palace's trashing.
Crystal Palace are in serious trouble, 6 PL Defeats, no goals scored & rock bottom in the table. Their next 2 fixtures don't get any easier as they travel to Man United & welcome Chelsea later. Man City can take this form into their next fixture which is in the Champions League.

Alvaro Morata scored his first hat-trick for Chelsea, taking his goal tally to 6 PL goals this season as Chelsea scored 4 past a defensively wounded Stoke City side.
The Spaniard opened the scoring in within 83 seconds after slotting in Cezar Azpilicueta's flicked ball. He then struck a quick fire double late on in the second half; first with a tight angle finish and the other to complete a delightful team move, completing his perfect performance.
Pedro was one of the scores, scoring Chelsea's 2nd of the night after slotting an inadvertent pass from Darren Fletcher.
This result keeps Chelsea on 3rd with 13 points, while Stoke have dropped to 15th on 5 points after 2 consecutive defeats.

London rivals West Ham & Tottenham played out a thrilling encounter as Tottenham were victorious by the odd goal in 5 to maintain their hundred percent record of 3 wins Away from home.
Harry Kane was the star performer on the night, scoring a brace before half time; first heading in Dele Alli's cross & getting a poacher's goal via Dele Alli's shot on goal, handing Tottenham the advantage.
Christian Eriksen volleyed Harry Kane's free-kick which struck the post, giving Tottenham a 3-0 advantage on the hour mark.
West Ham began their comeback 5 minutes later after Chicharito scored from close range.
On the 70th minute, Tottenham full-back Serge Aurier was sent off after receiving a 2nd yellow card, leaving Tottenham to defend the final 20 minutes with 10-men. Cheikhou Kouyate scored a thumping header late on, but it wasn't enough.
This result has taken Tottenham to 5th place, on 11 points. West Ham have dropped into the relegation zone in 18th on goal difference after losing their first Home game of the season.

Lukaku scored a close-range finish to mark his 6th goal in 6 games for Man United, a feat achieved by no other player.
United take this momentum heading to their next game, mid-week in the CL. Southampton have dropped to 11th on 8 points after suffering 2 consecutive home losses.

Leicester City & Liverpool played a thrilling encounter as the Away side won after scoring the odd goal in 5 with the returning Phillipe Coutinho starring.
Coutinho first turned provider to cross a superb ball to the far post which was headed by Mohamed Salah. He then curled a superb free-kick to mark his first goal of the season.
Leicester City were handed a lifeline before the first half ended after Shinji Okazaki, scored from a loose ball after a resulting corner.
But Leicester responded a minute later after Jamie Vardy headed home Demarai Gray's saved effort. Leicester were handed a penalty after Jamier Vardy was brought down, but Vardy's effort was saved by Simon Mignolet.
This was Liverpool's first win in 3 League games, which has lifted them to 5th & has taken Leicester down to 16th.

Watford clinched a last minute equalizer to maintain their perfect away record to take them into 6th on 11 points after seeing off Swansea City who remain in 14th.
Andre Gray scored his first goal for Watford, after the ball deflected into his path to hand the Hornets an early advantage.
Substitute Tammy Abraham scored the equalizer, slamming home a rebound for his 2nd of the season,
But Richarlison had the final word after scoring in the 90th minute, making a free-scoring run to beat keeper Lukas Fabianski to hand them their 3 away win in a row.

Everton managed to pick up their first win in 4 games in the PL to bring them out of the relegation zone into 13th after a comeback win against Bournemouth, keeping them in 19th.
But returning striker Oumar Niasse was their star, scoring a brace after coming on as a 2nd half substitute. He scored his first by smashing home Tom Davies' pass. Davies once again set Niasse for his 2nd, who bundled in his effort on the far post, which turned out to be the winner.

Burnley (0-0) Huddersfield Town
Huddersfield Town and Burnley both played out a goalless draw at Turf Moor as both teams drop into 8th and 9th positions respectively.
Burnley's best effort in the game came from Chris Wood who just headed wide from a Robbie Brady cross. Huddersfield tried to find a breakthrough through Aaron Mooy & Tom Ince but the game ended with honors even.

Brighton & Hove Albion recorded their 2nd consecutive home victory in the PL with a 1-0 victory against fellow newcomers Newcastle United to end their 3 match winning streak. This result has taken Brighton to 13th, dropping Newcastle down to 9th.
With a goalless first half, the deadlock was finally broken in the 51st minute, when a Pascal Gross free kick was headed by Dale Stephens & Tomer Hemed latched onto the ball to score a superb overhead kick.
Newcastle had very good chances through Ayoze Perez, Mikel Merino & the best one through Jonjo Shelvey who's effort hit the post via a corner kick. A disappointing result for Newcastle but their manager will be impressed by the performance his side put in.
West Brom were first team to threaten in attack with Jay Rodriguez hitting the post and also seeing his shot cleared off the goal line. But minutes later, Alexis Sanchez' free-kick hit the post and the rebound saw Lacazette score a free header from an unmissable range.
Arsenal dominated the second half, as Lacazette scored his 2nd of the night by converting from the penalty spot after Aaron Ramsey was fouled. Lacazette now becomes the first player in Arsenal's history to score in his first 3 home games, to extend their unbeaten run to 3 PL games.
Matchday 3 - Monday
Arsenal managed to win their maintain their 100 percent home record by winning 2-0 against West Brom with a superb performance from Alexandre Lacazette. This result moves Arsenal to 7th with West Brom dropping down to 13th.
It was a big night for West Brom midfielder Gareth Barry who made his 633rd PL appearance, breaking Ryan Giggs' all time record.
